I’m trying to use computer algorithms and artificial intelligence to improve the quality of MRI images.

MRI uses very strong magnets and radiowaves to produce images of your brain etc…
I spend my time design the shapes of radiowaves https://web.stanford.edu/group/bmr/wikiupload/f/f9/RFpulse.jpg and measure how this affects the images we obtain (e.g. how much detail can we see/ how smooth is the image). I test this radiowaves on my volunteers to hopefully improve MRI images for medical use.
