Medical Sciences are incredibly varied and exciting. Ultimately we’re applying science in a practical way for the benefit of other people.

In my field specifically (Nuclear Medicine) I get to have a huge variety of tasks to do every day. What I do is always changing and there is much potential for self improvement and to gain new skills. I like being a scientist but also seeing patients and seeing my work being directly applicable to the clinical world.
